I wish I had good advice but I’m just as bad! Try sticking up pictures of your inspiration or memo notes to STOP YOURSELF on the places where all your bingey food is kept, when I do resist a binge I look at the body part I hate the most and then imagine storing the food there. Also, a sneaky thing I do if I’m really craving something like a biscuit is to chew it to get the flavour and then spit it out without swallowing LOL! Then rinse my mouth out after, its disgusting too so it makes you realise how bad the food is!! Don’t beat yourself up about one binge, we all do them. Just make sure a binge doesn’t turn into an eating habit! Good luck with it all x
