I don’t understand people who think drunk texts are annoying. I think drunk texts are so cute. Just think of it this way, you’re who that person is thinking of when their brain isn’t even functioning properly, you’re who that person is thinking of when they can’t even form coherent sentences. You’re on that person’s mind when they have the motor skills of an infant, that’s pretty fucking awesome if you ask me.

hello honey WELL I just decided one day that I was sooooo angry and sad at myself and I truly did hate myself. So I tried slim-fast which is a diet plan that is three or two milkshakes a day instead of meals but that was awful. Then I made this blog and I started counting my calories and I tried to keep them under 1000 a day and I would do an hours exercise a day (walking mainly but at home exercises too, there’s plenty of tutorials you can find on youtube that are easy to do at home!)

best thing to do is begin straight away, give your self milestones and weight goals that you want to reach. Remember that losing weight isnt a race its a marathon and DRINK WATER

no im sorry I dont and I wouldn’t really trust them either! 

honestly the best thing you can do to lose weight is calorie count and exercise and try to stay away from processed fatty foods as much as possible. Just be healthy, only eat when you are actually hungry and move as much as possible ;]

anyway while im back on this thinspo blog I may as well share with you all that ive lost nearly a stone since thursday

(basically all ive had to eat since then is half a bowl of soup. PLEASE NOTE. I haven’t starved myself on purpose ive just had the worst weekend ever and i physically cant eat without wanting to throw up atm.) 

anyway I know i will put that ALL back on even quicker so im going to start taking this up again because I dont want that to happen and I dont really have anything to focus on now apart from getting thinner.

plus Im going to napa next year on holiday with my friends and i neeeeeeeeeed to look good!!!! 

so yeah back on using this, will do regular weigh ins again and calorie counting and exercise.

start weight: 10 stone 6 lbs.
